Founded in 1972, Dominium is a Minneapolis-based owner, developer, and manager of apartment communities nationwide. With more than 21,000 owned and/or managed units at 208 sites in 18 states, Dominium is known for creative solutions to unique and challenging development projects, and management expertise.

As a Partner for Dominium, I am responsible for locating and closing new development, redevelopment and acquisition opportunities. These responsibilities include underwriting new projects, negotiating with lenders, investors and third party vendors, city staff and housing development agencies, as well as working with outside legal counsel. Since joining the firm, I have worked on the acquisition of several portfolios, new project development, and the acquisition of several existing apartment projects. In addition, I have also played an integral role in the financing of over $360,000,000 of apartments and have helped raise in excess of $135,000,000 in equity.
