Currently overseeing one large 404 unit market property undergoing major interior and exterior Capital renovations. Daily tasks include in making sure the property meets budget, contract management, overseeing all capital projects, preparation of financial actuals/forecast and budget , management of the sales/leasing team, lease negotiation, management of the maintenance team , audit compliance, and daily customer service interaction to ensure satisfaction.
