In May of 2016, I graduated from Bates College as an accomplished student athlete with a degree in Economics. In the fall, I joined The Dolben Company's 2016 Management Trainee Program in the New England Region, where I learned the foundations of property management and the multifamily housing industry. Upon completing the program in December of 2016, I was promoted to Assistant Property Manager at Dolben's newly constructed property. In October 2019, I was promoted to Property Manager of Gradient; a newly constructed, 242-unit multi-family apartment community.
