With 20+ years in human resources management, my leadership has covered international, multi-site management (US, Asia, and Europe), HRIS implementations, workforce reduction, diversity programs, and HR metrics reporting. My recent work as Director of Human Resources at Spansion has really expanded my HR "tool belt." Spansion, in emerging from Chapter 11, has undergone a major restructuring as a "fab-light" organization. Here, I guided sensitive HR communication in efforts to streamline and restructure the organization, both in scaling back processes, and its workforce. I have also served in HR management roles during rapid expansion and growth, such as for AMD during a global HRIS implementation and Texas Commerce Bank, building top training programs. Building new programs is what I enjoy best—and a current career passion. Another core value is developing loyal relationships, both with business partners and also my staff and coworkers. At the center of all my work is a commitment to first-rate professional development (training, incentive programs, promotions) that honors the value of diversity in ideas, professional styles, and cultures.
