EXPERIENCE: As an Associate in Barclays Exclusive Sales Group (Global M&A), I've gained valuable experience executing sell side M&A transactions across various industry groups, coordinating all aspects of the deal process including initial client pitch, creating marketing materials, buyer outreach, build-out of data room, and final sale of the company. My experience has been focused on middle market transactions in the range of $500 million to $3 billion in enterprise value, with heavy financial sponsor involvement and direct contact with c-suite executives for Barclays’ clients as well as potential buyers Prior to earning my MBA, I worked for two global investment banks, Deutsche Bank AG and Jefferies LLC, focusing on Asset Management and Prime Brokerage. I also have internship experience at Paramount Pictures Corp. in Motion Picture Planning & Analysis and Univision Communications Inc. in Advertising Sales Planning. Through these roles I have honed a unique skillset which includes: • Performing deal analysis and financial modeling for a major Hollywood studio's film slate • Synthesizing and interpreting various aspects of advertising sales focused on strategic planning • Designing language and visuals for use in sales presentations and marketing materials • Serving as point of contact for portfolio managers at a roster of hedge funds • Conducting research, analysis, and reconciliation of quantitative financial data My work experience has allowed me to become an expert at organizing information and data points, distilling them down to the most useful and essential parts, and effectively communicating the important ideas to prospects and clients, both internal and external.
