I focus on building great analytics teams. I relocated from Australia to London 7 years ago to help Dimensional Fund Advisors use data and information technology to grow and achieve strategic objectives within EMEA. This means a lot of my time is spent communicating complex ideas into simple tangible business outcomes. It also means promoting and running change in a dynamic organization. I have in depth experience in asset management including factor investing, portfolio construction, regulatory data, and attribution analysis. I also have extensive knowledge of the investment management value chain, and of the underlying IT and business process architecture.I’m passionate about leadership, investing, data, analytics, and tech, and applying design thinking to improve operations and service delivery.My interests lie in scaling analytical platforms; leveraging data to disrupt existing business models; and, managing fun, diverse teams that strive to continuously improve.
