Working within Dimensional's Institutional Sales & Marketing team Mike runs the Client Operations and Servicing team. Mike's responsibilities include Relationship Management, Service, Reporting and internal focus such as CRM maintenance, Strategy, Fund Governance and Stakeholder management. Prior to joining Dimensional, Mike was a director of new product services at BlackRock. In that role, he was responsible for capturing and disseminating the information needed to manage separate accounts and pooled funds. He also acted as a client-focused center of expertise about BlackRock's operating capabilities.Mike's service with the firm began in 1998 when he joined Barclays Global Investors (BGI), which merged with BlackRock in 2009. At BGI, he was manager of the fixed income, equity, foreign exchange, and treasury operations for BGI Europe. During his time within BGI Operations, Mike played a key role as business advisor to potential new institutional clients and acted as operations consultant when new funds and mandates were launched. Prior to BGI, Mike worked at Barclays Global Securities, managing a treasury team there for four years. He joined the Barclays Group in 1987, working with corporate and Interbank Foreign Exchange and Treasury clients.Mike is a member of the Securities Institute (MSCI), and is a member of their senior reviewer panel, which reviews, edits, and signs off on study and examination material for the CISI.
