In this role, she partners with the management of her respective agencies based in the U.S. to manage all execution and production operations. She directly oversees all staff in project management, motion media/broadcast, art buying, print production, and studio.A true producer at heart, Michelle is the chief architect and champion of a world-class project management capability designed to work seamlessly across channels. Her role across agencies also creates opportunities for greater efficiencies and cost savings without compromising quality, timelines, or project integrity.In her previous role, Michelle was SVP, Head of Project Management at Digitas Health. As the leader of the project management practice, Michelle oversaw agency production and drove the development of best practice process solutions. She has over 19 years of experience in the healthcare marketing arena, spanning a broad range of programs in the digital and traditional mediums.Michelle is the National Co-Chair for Publicis Groupe’s VivaWomen!, a global business resource group for women and their allies.Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in film/video production from Penn State University.
