I am a client/customer focused, motivated leader and contributor who strives for innovation, improvement, and lives by the "reach for the brass ring mentality" never forgetting that people are part of every equation. I am “hands on” and strongly motivated by contributing value and helping shape the future of an organization. Recognizing that no person is an island, I create strategic alliances with organizational leaders and external parties in order to support key business initiatives and resolve challenges. Knowing that a strong and talented team is key to being a successful leader, I am not threatened by building and retaining high performance teams by hiring, developing, and motivating skilled individuals. Further, I connect with my directs so that we are not leader and staff, but rather a team united in purpose sharing a common vision and direction. I have an extremely varied and proven background which demonstrates increasing responsibility and accountability.
