I am a driven, innovative professional with extensive marketing operations and reporting analysis experience within the software industry. I have proven ability to systematically analyze campaign effectiveness and ROI, while recommending strategic adjustments to enhance effectiveness and increase alignment with corporate objectives. Additionally, I am a collaborative communicator continually focused on building relationships and promoting synergy across business lines to drive positive change, comprehensive business approaches and enhanced profitability. My areas of expertise include strategic planning, marketing operations, data analysis, reporting, and program analysis. I am also well-versed in SSL Certificates / Website Security, automated email campaigns, SQL query development, critical communications, ETL, CRM, and A/B/Mvt testing. In my current position, I am the Subject Matter expert and resident “super user” for a complex, custom-built, automated CRM application. The tool is highly interwoven into the enterprise software environment, and connected to production databases. It is my role to manage and maintain the CRM aspect of the application, using SQL queries to execute automated marketing campaigns in HTML/CSS. The ultimate goal of this position is to support customers of four distinct brands, around the world, ensuring they receive business critical expiration notices, and onboarding communications. This involves partnering with marketing managers to ensure brand, design, segmentation, and messaging is in alignment with objectives, and current state of products. Personally, it is my goal to enhance skills in Python, R, modern marketing solutions and best practices.
