Through a strategic and project mgmt mind-set and a relentless focus on execution, I have a proven record of accomplishment in translating and implementing executive leaders’ ambitions into strategy and action. The majority of my experience is centered around banking where I have an indebt understanding of challenges and opportunities along with dilemmas and choices executive leaders are confronted with. I am highly driven by initiating and leading quantifiable improvements and change. Taking responsibility, working with a company-wide perspective as well as interacting and collaborating with my colleagues, are for me key motivational drivers. As a leader, I aim to i) Do what is right, even though no one is looking and ii) Make an impact for the company and for individuals’ performance and development. I am ambitious and energetic, which along with a wish to see people grow, has positive spill over effect on my surroundings. This both in terms of attracting and growing talent, as well as high team performance. I hold a MSc. in Finance and Strategic mgmt. and have two children.
