During the seven years of my career, I've devised, implemented and managed an integrated, pan-European campaign for Holiday Inn, launched pioneering social media customer services for myHermes, provided monitoring and reporting for a number of police forces including Greater Manchester and Merseyside Police and worked with other well-known brands including The Co-operative Bank, Gumtree, Aldi, Lambrini and Jacamo. Experience includes multi-channel, paid, earned and owned campaign strategy development, social monitoring, management & analysis, policy production, training, customer service and also project implementation across numerous countries, audiences and languages. In 2013 I was honoured with the Social Media Communications Awards Mark Hanson award, which recognises the brightest and most promising talent in the industry. I now sit on the PRCA Innovations in Communication Panel, was previously on the CIPRsm panel & regularly speak on the topic of digital and social media at industry events. I use my Digital Marketing Communications Msc, Google Squared accreditation & extensive industry experience to educate the next generation of communicators through guest lecturing at MMU on content, digital PR & social media.
