Initiative required comprehensive technical and project management skill set, including systems refresh and upgrades, SOD/SOX audit compliance, security upgrades, vulnerability remediation, system conversion and team integration into the CVS culture. MEDTRONIC MINIMED –Led cross-functional, multi-discipline team to assess, plan and implement an order to cash solution. Project included creation of multiple RFIs and RFQs; final vendor selection and determining SLA terms & conditions. Winning bid was a $26M “bolt-on” application to existing SAP system that implemented rules and workflows to optimize insurance billing, including claims rejection resolution and rapid appeals that together increased annual profits by $150M. L-3 COMMUNICATIONS –Led multi-million dollar ERP II system implementation requiring multiple cross-functional teams from a broad spectrum of L-3’s business units. Results: Reduced supply chain and inventory costs by 40% and production costs by 20%, while improving on-time delivery by 20%.
