Oversee digital and social media marketing of Conair Corporation's Personal Care Appliance division. Strategize, recommend, plan and manage the production of websites, digital advertising and email activity. Collaborate with Vice Presidents of Marketing, Brand Managers, IT, Legal and third party agencies to propel Conair’s marketing initiatives through best in breed tactics while testing innovative opportunities. Manage Conair's social media agency relationship and plan the direction of social media on a corporate landscape. Produce digital and social media content. Source and evaluate new technologies, agencies and vendors to identify compelling partnerships and/or ROI efficiencies. Ideate and recommend social media programs with the end KPI of growing the audience base at a defined engagement rate or higher. Identify digital media opportunities with the primary goals of building campaign awareness and increasing purchase intent. Supporting external Clients’ digital initiatives by providing technology and program point-of-views, social media/ web asset development, and sourcing of internal assets for marketing purposes. Develop and present process documents to establish uniform work flow across departments to mitigate risk and liability and to improve campaign and process efficiencies. Evaluate and negotiate partner and vendor SOW and contracts to meet and exceed marketing’s objectives; finalize with the Legal department to mitigate risk and control liability. Provide a full year corporate digital marketing & social media review at the annual international sales team conference.
