Oversee digital, eCommerce, martech partnerships, and social media marketing of Conair Corporation's Personal Care Appliance division. Strategize, recommend, plan, and manage the production of websites, digital advertising, and email activity. Collaborate with Vice Presidents of Marketing, Brand Managers, IT, Legal, and third party agencies to propel Conair’s marketing initiatives through best in breed tactics while testing innovative opportunities. Manage Conair's social media agency relationship and plan the direction of social media channels. Produce digital and social media content. Source and evaluate martech (marketing technologies), agencies, and publishers to identify compelling partnerships and/or ROI efficiencies. Identify digital media opportunities with the primary goals of building campaign awareness and influencing purchase intent. Supporting external Clients’ (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.) digital initiatives by providing technology and program point-of-views, social media/ web asset development, and sourcing of internal assets for marketing purposes. Develop and present process documents to establish uniform workflow across departments to mitigate risk and liability and to improve campaign and process efficiencies. Evaluate and negotiate partner and vendor SOW, MSAs, and contracts to align with Marketing’s objectives; finalize agreements with Legal departments to mitigate risk and control liability. Provide a full year digital marketing & social media review at the annual international sales team conference.
