Graduated from Auburn in Winter of 1990. Started with Remtech programming the slab caster mainframe computer at US Steel in Fairfield , AL. In 1993 I took a job with Command Alkon, as a programmer on their mainframe based software . I was the first IT Manager and, Director of IT in charge of managing the Global IT infrastructures. WAN, LAN, phones, and internal application (ERP, Help desk, Project Management, Sales support). Global staff of up to 13 people. We have location around the world. Birmingham(AL), Bristol(UK), Columbus(OH), Kansas City, Chicago, India, Malaysia, France, Netherlands and Brazil. In 2019 I moved to our product group and help launch our industry wide, cloud base ticketing platform, CONNEX. As COVID-19 came in spring of 2020, we mobilized our team to quickly on board customer to CONNEX for paperless, contact-less, material receipt. Since then the position has grown to Support and Implementation Manager of our CONNE X and MOBILEconnect line of product
