Alex Garrard is Vice President Talent Management at BECU. His background consists of a variety of HR leadership positions across several industries, including Retail, Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR), Education, Health Care, and Financial Services, all with a focus on serving the customer. He is passionate about fostering collaboration, developing talent, and creating solutions.He holds a M.S. in Management and Leadership and a B.A. in Psychology. Human Resources Certifications include SCP, SPHR, CCP, and CBP. Practitioner of Lean and Agile methodologies.
