Including patching and software delivery to on Cloud and on premise clients. Extremely important as they provide the foundation from which we launch on and provide daily maintenance to all issues presented. BCTech NY DBAs They handle anything and everything related to SQL data bases on multiple client sites. Whether on premise or on the cloud. As the team is split in India and the US, we provide support at a 24 hour 7 day a week basis. BCTech India DBAs They together with BCTech NY DBAs are a collaborative team working in unison. CGSTech They are responsible for Cloud and on premise infrastructure support for over 100 clients. The total current breakdown is thus: BCTech NY – 4 members BCTech India – 4 members BCTech DBA NY – 2 members BCTech DBA India – 3 members, with 1 more additional prospect being recruited.
