Casper is disrupting the mattress industry by merging meticulous design and engineering with a direct-to-consumer business model. Launching with just one perfect mattress construction, the company has created a sleep surface that contours to body without any reduction in bounce or circulation. By removing retail and distribution partnerships, Casper’s mattress costs a third of the closest brick and mortar equivalent.

Apple, Palm, GoPro, Eargo, Casper High mileage, experienced professional for leading, building, and recruiting global creative development organizations to create high quality, high volume consumer products. I successfully plan, architect, design, develop, and ship products on aggressive schedules with limited resources. Over thirty years of experience recruiting, qualifying, and ramping development teams and partners throughout Asia, Europe, and the U.S. Over twenty years as a Lecturer at Stanford University teaching the undergraduate class, ME101, Visual Thinking, in the Mechanical Engineering, Design Division.
