As a marketing & innovation leader, I love nothing more than solving problems for my customers. My motivation is driven by winning a prospect over through presenting a solution that will benefit them in a meaningful way. I rely on my diverse background to offer valuable insights into successfully achieving company goals through developing creative strategies. Proven examples include: -Team leadership, development and mentoring that have led to employee promotions, employee personal growth and improved collaboration. -Strategic marketing and business plans that determined whether or not to move forward on marketing programs, new product development and acquisitions. -Creative marketing content development through video, articles, literature, ads, and presentations to deliver convincing messages. -Innovative product development, through listening to customers, which brought differentiating offerings to the market. -Creating value for acquisitions by aligning the core competencies of the companies and then thinking through how “1+1=3.” -Effectively communicating by knowing my audience, understanding their expectations, and then delivering memorable messages. More importantly than my experience and background are the values that I live by everyday which includes honesty, trustworthiness, integrity, reliability, and accountability, all of which have come through in 360⁰ evaluations by my superiors, peers and employees. I am proud of many things accomplished in my career, but especially of the following: -Constructed a Marketing Team from the ground up by learning about our business and goals, performing a gap analysis, and then evaluating the business needs to achieve those goals, which led to creation of a team that develops market strategies, executes go-to-market tactics, gathers and analyzes business trends, solves customer application challenges, and evaluates new offerings. -Grew a portfolio by over 10% while living abroad as an expat by visiting customers and listening to their challenges, diving into details on our market position, and then aligning product features to customer benefits, which led to creation of a “Selling Story” that I trained Sales Teams on around the world. -Developing and launching a new product offering that contributed millions of dollars to revenue growth. I accomplished this by uncovering a market need, collaborating with three companies (my company, subsidiary, and partnership), developing the offering, creating the product launch and sales tools, and then training the team.
