Michelle is responsible for managing all strategic and operational aspects of leading company's global human resources and talent management programs. In her various roles, Michelle focuses on building and maintaining scalable global people initiatives for all HR and Talent elements to include: global benefits & payroll management, talent acquisition & selection, talent development, performance management, leadership development, learning strategies, compensation (including sales compensation), total rewards and retention. Before joining Cardlytics in January 2015, Michelle was the Vice President, HR & Talent Services for Silverpop for over (6) years, organically building and growing the brand and people strategies and programs to position Silverpop and its team for acquisition by IBM in May 2014. Michelle is a balanced and authentic HR, Talent and Business Executive experienced in leading progressive people organizations in high performing, rapidly growing, customer focused cultures. She is highly skilled at strategy and goal definition, establishing HR business priorities, and executing to achieve results and ROI. In addition, Michelle is an influential communicator with a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Her background includes start-up to well established corporate models in marketing, information technology, SaaS, marketing, financial services and consulting industries.
