As Executive Director of Office Strategies at CannonDesign, I oversee strategic firm-wide office growth, as well as the firm's Community and Civic Market. My passion lies in connecting our global network of offices in ways that optimize collaboration, foster an innovative and entrepreneurial culture, and lead to new client opportunities. With more than three decades experience leading projects, I also actively partner with clients - leading design efforts for healthcare, education and corporate commercial organizations. My cross market experience gives me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities CannonDesign's diverse client face, and the knowledge needed to lead teams in ensuring client goals and aspirations are always achieved.
