As CannonDesign’s chief operating officer and executive director of enterprise integration, I’m focused on ensuring our firm leverages its comprehensive services to provide integrated solutions to our clients’ challenges. I also oversee efforts related to policies and procedures, compliance, risk mitigation and human resources. Having dedicated most of my career to CannonDesign, I am deeply passionate about improving the quality of life for all employees and making our firm the leading employer in the industry. A trusted client partner for more than 30 years, I also combine proven design capabilities with advanced project management expertise to ensure our teams develop solutions that are responsive to our clients’ objectives. Most recently, I acted as the project executive for the Centre hospitalier de l’Universite de Montreal (CHUM) — the largest healthcare project currently under construction in North America, and the largest project in our firm’s history.
