I am a versatile Software professional with a Business School background and strong analytical skills. I have International consulting experience from ERP and CRM system implementations. For the last 5 years I have been delivering large scale Business Intelligence solutions in a multi-country multi-channel Retail environment as part of the in-house IT team.My experience covers the full Software Delivery Lifecycle. My favourite part is seeing the software in use, and responding quickly to enhancement requests based on true user experiences.With a passion for quality and a flair for solving problems, I have a preference for leading from within a team or task force, facilitating an agile delivery style with focus on delivering value for the business, with short lead times. My strengths are in keeping the technical efforts focussed on the business needs and priorities, with a strong understanding of sales, finance, commercial and supply chain processes. I will also comfortably review designs, data models, test results and code, in order to identify problems or opportunities for improvement.
