I'm an experienced UX Director + Creative Director focused on creating innovative digital products, services, and platforms and helping to build and mentor great teams. I see UX as a driving force for product management and process innovation through user research, usability, information architecture, content strategy, interaction design, and creative direction. I have 15 + years of UX experience including 6+ years as a manager.My domain/category experience within product design includes SaaS, Healthcare, Financial Services, Travel, HR, and Enterprise and Employee Software. While at Microsoft, I also helped design patented IP related to email innovation (now a part of Outlook.Com features) and a patent-pending approach to Web-based task allocation and group participation. Products for which I've provided UX strategy and design include Avrio (GoAvrio.Com), Insurance.Com, InnoCentive, Akorri BalancePoint (a data center virtualization and management product), Progressive Insurance's Snapshot, Nickelodeon's Big Help social-action gaming platform, Climate Reality Project's 'Reality Drop,' Partners Healthcare's Insight (Healthcare Research Portal), Sears' FitStudio social fitness site, Microsoft's Live Mesh, Bing Twitter search, and Microsoft's Outlook.com (new categorization features).
