A broad career in leadership roles covering multiple Front & Back office functions, including Sales, Risk & Governance, Business Development, Commercial Management, & Operations. Extensive C-level experience, leading large scale cross jurisdictional teams of up to 250 FTE, managing cost budgets of £25m, and revenue delivery of £90m. A commercially orientated and pragmatic style, with capabilities and demonstrable achievements in creating business efficiency, delivering growth , and implementing change, and an ability to grasp new concepts, business areas/functions, and transition effectively. Extensive experience in running day to day business operations, driving “balanced scorecard” performance, MI & Finance reporting, medium term business planning, and risk & control management. Highly skilled in leading Business Change initiatives covering Strategy, Sales, Risk & Governance projects, with experiences across the end to end client journey, from planning and project design & build, to execution and delivery.
