I have overseen the development of the IT infrastructure as the company has seen its funds under management grow from £0.5bn to £6bn within the last 6 years of my tenure. I have recruited a highly technical professional IT Team which has delivered massive cost savings through the use of technology procured in house and the strategic use of outsourced services. We support 12 offices throughout the UK.I have also contributed to the IT strategy of Braemar Estates a leading property management company which is part of the group in particular advising on ERP systems.Whilst working in financial services I have been heavily involved in implementing solutions provisioning governance, risk and compliance management. iTIL is central to my role. I have also integrated HR and Accounting systems into the business. Reporting into the Finance Director, my strategic input has been key to the success of the organisation. I have excellent understanding of financial control having managed substantial IT budgets. As well as having a highly proficient technical knowledge, I have the business and communication skills to deliver results quickly. This has been gained from working within logistics, media and financial organisation’s over the past 20 years.
