25 years of experience in product design, manufacture and validation of 'ground up' engineered solutions in Consumer Products, Automotive, Power Generation and Modular Building and Construction. 10+ years of heading up engineering operations tied to dynamic production environments. I have successfully managed organisational change in multiple businesses, introducing ​NPD processes, PDM systems and change management frameworks as well as transitioning manufacturing operations. Leveraging broad experience across diverse engineering roles, I have successfully built lean, high functioning teams that consitantly deliver award winning, world-class products. I’m a strong believer in creating an organisational culture of accountability and success. I believe in leading by example to clearly 'set the bar' and drive the work ethic in the organisations I manage. I'm passionate about continuous improvement and great design.
