I contracted my services to rDialogue and led loyalty strategy for many B2C and B2B client engagements, including Citi, Disney Studios, Dow, Merial to name a few. Prior experience includes Sr. Director for LoyaltyOne Consulting where my focus was new business development, strategic customer relationship insight, editorial content for COLLOQUY Magazine, and public speaking on effective customer relationship strategy in a multi-channel marketplace. As V.P of Strategy at Brierly+Partners and Director of Strategy at The Lacek Group I led loyalty consulting team engagements in multiple industry verticals, where my recommendations provided successful acquisition, stimulation and retention strategies across multiple channels, while leveraging cost effective technologies and tactics.
