I am an MBA graduate with over 10 years of experience leading service organizations and consulting with some of the top Fortune 500 companies on improving operations, metric adoption, and streamlining processes. I have extensive experience building, implementing, and driving improvement in support/sales operations including demand generation, sales velocity, quality, workforce management, process improvement, recruitment processes, and training initiatives. I have spent over two years abroad assisting with the integration of service centers across Europe into a centralized location with a strong focus on improving the customer experience. My passion is connecting people, process, and analytics to drive sustained improvement across the organization. I am ITIL foundation certified and I am currently focused on driving best in class go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, demand generation and sales performance initiatives.
