Boelter Companies Inc is primarily engaged in the wholesale distribution of commercial and related machines and equipment, not elsewhere classified, such as commercial cooking and food service equipment| partitions, shelving, lockers, and store fixtures| electrical signs| and balances and scales, except laboratory.

In the most resent months I have taken over my role as shipping manager at Boelter Companies, Milwaukee WI. In this position I have gained knowlege of shipping through small paracel products. In position, I have reduced shipping times, increased proficiency, reduced labor costs, scheduled daily activities for employees. In today’s economy it takes an exceptional person with broad-based experience, and a unique blend of leadership to deliver greater results. I have experienced this in my years of services to companies. My goal is to expand my learning and training to become such a person. The ability to power myself to find better ways to increase proficiency within any given situation is one piece that is important to myself. I am in search of becoming a better person throughout the business world. Specialties: Throughout my career I have utilized my leadership, planning, inventory and purchasing skills to consistently increase revenues, reduce costs, turn inventory and increase profit. I always remember that a person can never stop learning and always learn from your mistakes.
