•Daily management and supervision of the Corporate Technology PC Technician personnel. PC Tech Team is responsible for all hardware/software related issues. •Daily management and supervision of the Corporate Technology Telecommunications personnel. This team is responsible for the maintaining/supporting our telephone/voicemail/CDR system database and ACD/client applications. This team also handles telephone moves/changes and phone ordering/maintenance/inventory •Daily management and supervision of the Corporate Technology Network personnel. This team is responsible for the maintaining/supporting our routers/switches/related networking equipment across the Enterprise to ensure a high availability data network environment. •Liaison to Directors, providing assistance and guidance on all hardware/software related concerns. •Lead the planning and implementation of projects. •Work with both internal and external customers to provide an exceptional level of customer service, both on an individual basis and through the team.
