My career started in the creative trenches of Milan (Italy) and eventually founding my Digital Design firm, that I grew to an international clients portfolio (Ferrari, Cibavision, Lancia, Came Group and others). Being a Founder/Designer allowed me to embrace emerging human-centered design paradigms in a sky-is-the limit environment, and constantly balance it with the pragmatism required in entrepreneurship. I relocated to the United States in 2011. I currently lead product design and creative/growth design at series C funded BirdEye: we're building a revolutionary, multi-award winning all-in-one CX platform. Before Birdeye I held design leadership positions at Amazon, where I lead product design for next-gen, Fire OS 5 Email, Calendar and Contacts, Tribune Digital (http://www.tribunemedia.com) and Ringcentral (http://www.ringcentral.com) in its crucial pre-IPO period, leading major Product Design, Growth Design, Creative and Branding initiatives. I got my degree at the Scuola Internazionale di Grafica in Italy, where I also taught Art Direction and Graphic Design.
