I will be a Junior this Fall 2016 at Texas Tech University. I am Majoring in Marketing and Minoring in Apparel Design and Manufacturing. I currently am a member of the sorority Kappa Delta and the organization, Red Raider Special Olympics. I previously was a member of Hi-Tech, a fashion organization, and on the PR committee for a dormitory. After my freshmen year of college I became a Summer Intern for an Interior Design Studio, Pickard Design Studio. After summer ended I went back to school, and then later returned to Pickard Design Studio as a Winter Intern. Recently my sophomore year of college has ended and I am now a Summer Intern at Studio F2, LLC. Studio F2, LLC is an architecture/interior design firm located in Dallas, Texas. I help work on the architecture/ interior design side as well as some of the marketing. I tend to find myself working in the design field, but I am open to working outside of the design industry. I like to keep an open mind for any opportunities that come my way. I enjoy learning and I am a fast learner. I do have dyslexia, but that has never stopped me or discouraged me from any task I have been given. If anyone has any advice about anything I would love to hear. I'm looking for any job opportunities for the school year/ summer 2017.
