Daniel E. Greenleaf is the CEO of ModivCare (Nasdaq: MODV), formerly Providence & LogistiCare, the nation’s largest provider of non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT), serving 30 million patients through 70 million rides annually. ModivCare is a tech-enabled healthcare services company, whose value-based supportive care solutions address the social determinants of health (SDoH), enable greater access to care, elevate patient experience, reduce costs, & drive positive health outcomes. ModivCare seeks to dismantle the barriers of health inequities by reshaping NEMT, nutritional meal delivery, and - together with newest acquisition, Simplura, personal and home care - and empowering individuals to take control of their health. Mr. Greenleaf spearheaded the turnaround & successful merger with Option Care (Aug. 2019), which created the largest home healthcare services company with pro forma revenue & EBITDA approaching $3B & $300mm, respectively, & delivered a 4x plus return to investors. Prior to BioScrip, Mr. Greenleaf was CEO & Chairman of Home Solutions Infusion Services where he led the turnaround (including double digit increases in both revenue & EBITDA) & eventual sale to BioScrip.Before Home Solutions, Mr. Greenleaf was President & CEO of Coram Specialty Services, and led Coram to become the industry leader in home infusion & one of the top performing healthcare companies in the U.S. Under his leadership, valuation of the company increased from $350mm to $2.1B.Mr. Greenleaf serves on the Boards of Matrix, Alliance Homecare, Gryphon Executive Advisory Board, the University of Miami's Health Sector & Policy Board, & Denison University's Board of Advisors. He has been a member of the international group, Young President's Organization (YPO), since 2004. He has been a guest lecturer on leadership at Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania & University of Miami School of Business Administration.A graduate of Denison University with a B.A. in Economics, Mr. Greenleaf also holds a M.B.A. in Health Administration from the University of Miami. A military veteran, he was a captain & navigator in the United States Air Force & served in Operation Desert Storm.
