I’m a senior digital strategist and product leader who works with consumer businesses to maximize profit and accelerate growth by delivering the right products to the right people at the right time. In 2022, I’m returning from a career break as a result of relocating to Milwaukee and having children. My professional and personal experiences have made me a product expert who: •Loves understanding what customers, executives and sales teams need from digital products, and then setting out a strategy and roadmap that delivers for everyone •Quickly connects with executives, peers and teams to gain trust and buy-in •Works seamlessly between the business and technology teams to get the job done •Gets excited by working with global stakeholders to maximize opportunities and tackling the intricacies that come with distributed teams As a leader, I’m a highly nimble executive who: •Balances the needs of the company and its customers to set digital product priorities even when hard tradeoffs need to be made •Sees the big picture, but also knows what it takes to actually get the job done •Creatively solves problems and easily communicates to get the best results out of teams •Thrives in environments that are constantly evolving – just another reason I love the digital space
