With over 18 years of experience in the banking and financial sector, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to make a positive impact in the communities I serve. As the Vice President and Chief of Staff at the Massachusetts Bankers Association (MBA), I work as a strategic advisor to the President/CEO and the Senior Management team along with managing various organization-wide initiatives and processes. I have a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University, and I am a Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP). In my previous role as the Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at BayCoast Bank, I collaborated with the executive leadership team and senior leadership across all business lines to strategize, build, execute and champion company-wide diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. I've also led the marketing department as the SVP and Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing the branding, communications, and digital strategies of the bank and its affiliates. I leveraged my skills and credentials in financial marketing, business development, and leadership to create and deliver innovative and effective solutions that aligned with the bank's vision and values.
