Dara Wanzer’s legal practice is focused on labor and employment law, healthcare law; immigration law, and employee benefits matters. Prior to joining INTEGRIS, Dara practiced with McAfee & Taft, where she represented both plaintiffs and defendants in employment and complex civil litigation matters. She now provides interpretative guidance on federal and state employment laws and regulations; education and counsel on disputes and a broad range of other matters generally arising from the employer-employee relationship; advice and counsel on matters related to health and welfare plans and benefits; and guidance on interpretation and drafting of employment policies and agreements.
