Jim Gillece is the former Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Capital Management for AlliedBarton/Universal Security Services with 140,000 employees (Today over 800,000 employees). Mr. Gillece oversaw all Human Capital Management including Learning and Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Human Resources, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Onboarding, Employee Relations, Performance Management, HRIS, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, and Recruitment. He was a member of the AlliedBarton Senior Executive Council. He is a graduate of the Haub School of Business and was recognized as a Beta Gamma Sigma graduate, the highest academic achievement in the study of Business. Under Mr. Gillece's leadership, AlliedBarton has been named the National HR Department of the year by the American Business Awards. Best Companies for Leader's 2014 Chief Executive Officer Magazine.
