Prior to joining Audentes, Mr. Soloway was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ascendis Pharma A/S, a Danish biotechnology company developing long-acting prodrugs in the fields of endocrinology, cardio pulmonary disease and ophthalmology. Prior to Ascendis, Mr. Soloway was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Transcept Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to joining Transcept, Mr. Soloway spent nine years working in the venture capital industry with Montreux Equity Partners. While there, he assisted in sourcing, structuring and financing multiple venture capital investments.
