Some highlights include: • Executing business and HR strategy with a focus on customer experience, leadership capability, cultural change and employee engagement. • Facilitating complex, high-profile change programs that have organisation wide implications including outsourcing, reorganisations, culture transformation, establishment of off shore operations and workflow redesign. • Partnering with business leaders across all HR functions including, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employee and leadership development and recruitment and selection. • Managing projects and programs as required such as development of incentive and recognition schemes, reinvigoration of corporate responsibility initiatives, launching global performance appraisal processes and development of mentoring practices within operational environment.
