Thomas Castleberry, MBA is VP of Oasis360 Enterprise Systems Solutions and leads the Americas Systems team with P&L responsibility for this $80M business unit. Thomas serves as the strategic leader for software applications that operate as decoupled solutions with a comprehensive suite of solutions for management systems and value add services. Thomas sets market and product strategy, strategic planning, client retention and growth and operations management for the portfolio of enterprise solutions. Prior to Joining Aristocrat, Thomas served as Chief Executive Officer at SkyWire where he helped lead the global financing, growth and development of a start-up that grew to a new disruptive enterprise hospitality solutions provider. Thomas also participated on the boards of SkyWire and their strategic partner RoomKeyPMS ( RSI.)Prior to joining SkyWire, Thomas server as General Manager at MICROS Systems, Inc. (Now Oracle Hospitality), is the world's leading developer of enterprise applications serving the hospitality and specialty retail industries. Thomas has over 20 years combined experience in the technology industry.
