Thomas Castleberry, MBA is VP of CXS Strategic Initiatives and is responsible for the execution of CXS initiatives as assigned, identifying and prioritizing new market opportunities, (both through M&A and organic growth), developing core messaging and executing comprehensive communication plans to increase awareness and market share. This role serves as the primary interface for strategic development and expectation setting for successful contractual / expected outcomes. Prior to Joining Aristocrat, Thomas served as Chief Operating Officer at SkyWire where he helped lead the global financing, growth and development of a start-up that grew to a new disruptive enterprise hospitality solutions provider. Thomas also participated on the boards of SkyWire and their strategic partner RoomKeyPMS ( TSX-V:RSI) Prior to joining SkyWire, Thomas server as General Manager at MICROS Systems, Inc. (Now Oracle Hospitality), is the world's leading developer of enterprise applications serving the hospitality and specialty retail industries. Thomas has over 20 years combined experience in the technology industry. Castleberry also received the following accolades, Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Microsoft Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), and Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA).
