I provide evidence-informed design for workplace learning. Adults were hired based on their existing skills and knowledge. I believe this needs to be harnessed and enhanced. My passion lies in providing tools, skills, and knowledge to reach optimal performance on the job. This means I could be creating content for a formal class to close a gap, observing skills on the job, or figuring out how to streamline a process with an app in MS Teams. • As a knowledge leader, I dive in to find the gaps and improve performance. • As a people leader, I empower my team to use their professional skills. I provide feedback targeted to help them grow. I do what my team needs so they can shine. • As a strategic leader, I analyze the priorities of the organization to steer my team and our mission in the direction of the organization. I take an analytical lens to short-term and long-term goals and indicators. • As a culture leader, I serve the people by listening and acting.
