My career-related mission is to support the growth and success of the world around me by using my performance technology background with creativity to make a difference. My vision is to create an organization that helps others achieve their full potential. My work is about collaboration, improving performance, and meeting the needs of a diverse group of learners. Most recently, my team and I have taken on new product training for both hardware and software as well as safety training and sales training. I have implemented new tools to reach our global workforce where they work and on what device they bring to work. I have implemented Lynda.com for professional development, Mobile Coach to reinforce past training, and Axonify to create a personalized, performance-support system. A major project that I led in 2016 was conducting a review of customer training offerings. I created a strategic plan to simplify offerings and meet customer needs by taking more content online. For employee classroom training, I have partnered with subject-matter experts to bring hardware and system simulations as well as increase performance by starting a train-the-trainer program.
