With 30 years of industry experience, Randy is a seasoned commercial real estate development executive. An expert in raising and structuring joint venture equity, debt financing, lease negotiations, purchase and sale transactions and overall investment management. Experienced in multiple asset classes including life science, R&D, office, industrial and retail shopping centers. A past multi-year Board Member of NAIOP San Diego Chapter, member NAIOP and ICSC, and has been a guest lecturer at the University of San Diego Masters in Real Estate program. A current Board Member and serves on the Executive Committee of Sports for Exceptional Athletes (non-profit, providing sports opportunities to people with special needs) and The Foundation of La Jolla High School.
