Donelle is the General Manager for the ANU College of Health and Medicine (CHM). A qualified Business Manager and Finance Professional with 17 years overall and more than 10 years’ experience in the higher education sector. Experienced in Leadership, Change Management, Analysis, Business Administration and Financial Management, she has delivered a number of large and very successful business improvement projects within the University's complex environment. Previously, Donelle has held Finance and Business-related roles in the ANU Mathematical Science Institute, the ANU Research School of Psychology, and Westpac Banking Corporation (Finance Manager). As CHM General Manager, Donelle advises and acts on behalf of the College Dean to ensure optimal College-wide coherence and consistency in business and professional services that are aligned and integrated with University systems and policies. She has oversight of finances, administration, teaching services, marketing, outreach and strategic planning. She is currently leading a large change program for the College of Health and Medicine, to prepare the College for an amibitous transformative agenda. Donelle is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Management and is currently completing her Master in Leadership.
