I have held many senior finance, manufacturing and other administrative management positions over the course of my long career. Prior to my CFO role at Ambarella, a publically traded semiconductor company, I served as a management consultant and interim CFO to several private technology companies in support of their early stage development. In the recent past. I served as CFO of Santur Corporation, a manufacturer of laser technology for the communication industry and from 2000 to 2006 I was CFO of 2Wire Inc., a provider of broadband services platforms to global service providers. I also spent 5 years in the United Kingdom as Finance Director (CFO) of Action, PLC, a publicly traded technology distribution company. Having been in senior management positions in technology companies in the Silicon Valley and UK since 1980, I have a wide range of experience across many industries during both good and bad times.
