Agios is focused on discovering and developing novel investigational medicines to treat cancer and rare genetic diseases through scientific leadership in the field of cellular metabolism. In addition to an active research and discovery pipeline across both therapeutic areas, Agios has multiple first-in-class investigational medicines in clinical and/or preclinical development. All Agios programs focus on genetically identified patient populations, leveraging our knowledge of metabolism, biology and genomics.

I help organizations grow and scale in a healthy way. After 25 years in Human Resources, I know how important this work is — and I can’t imagine doing anything else. I believe that intentional investments in the ways we work with one another can positively impact people’s lives. And I am energized by being a part of that work. I’ve been fortunate to help build some great companies. Along the way, I've worked globally, across industries, and at different stages in company lifecycles alongside wonderful colleagues and teams. I bring these experiences to bear in my consulting work – balancing the lessons I’ve learned with curiosity and openness to address the new challenges ahead. I am deeply committed to the growth of fellow HR practitioners and the strategic impact of the work we do. An important part of my work combines my academic training with my leadership experience to provide coaching and community for HR leaders. I started Flourish People Practices because I believe that companies flourish when people have the support, challenge, and psychological safety to grow. And that this doesn’t happen without intentional practice and committed, connected leadership.
