Ed has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of construction. Most of his career has been as a residential builder. He has built over 300 houses from starter homes to mansions in Illinois, California, Florida and Georgia. As owner/president of KENM Builders, Inc. he was responsible for a all aspects of running the business, i.e., marketing, hiring/management of sub-contractors, ensuring all codes were properly enforced, home sales, accounting, invoicing, payroll, training and more. During this time he conducted many training classes and procedural meetings. These included safety training courses, as we well as job-schedule meetings to clarify what was expected from each sub-contractor.
