During my career, I’ve built long-term relationships with strategic clients that are founded in trust, integrity, and shared success. I believe in delivering unique value to my customers – every day. I achieve this by fully understanding their goals and how they measure success in their business. I then do everything possible to consult on, and contribute to, the overall achievement of those goals. Without creating unique value, the possibility for growth, renewals, expansions, or any other fundamental of customer success is severely limited. I have had the good fortune to have worked with remarkable organizations as they underwent massive growth. When I came to Toronto I worked with Giesecke & Devrient (G&D) as the first chip cards were being rolled out to millions across the country by all major financial institutions in tandem. G&D manufactured and fulfilled 80% of the secure payment and ID cards issued during the chip card migration. The logistics were mind boggling, the technology new, and the impact affected the payment behaviours of every single Canadian. Currently, with Achievers I work alongside some of the most forward thinking organizations in the world. They come from a variety of industries and geographies, but they all believe in employee engagement, and how it has a direct link to business success, customer satisfaction, and increased shareholder value. My free time is committed to my family and my passion for physical activity, especially the martial arts. I train regularly for athletic events and have spent several years in various Dojos practicing with world class masters and assisting many young aspiring martial artists.
