An expert in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and equivalent go-to-market (GTM) strategies, Brogan is a Sales Executive experienced in defining/ implementing processes and building organizations that drive brands and market share. A WebEx veteran, he led their "World Wide Sales Team of the Year" in the Silicon Valley before moving to Florida where he built the company's 14 state U.S. South Area from the ground up. Brogan recruited, hired and trained 35 sales positions, three first-line Sales Managers and supporting overlay teams, which generated $42 million in revenue within three years. In 2007, WebEx was acquired by CISCO Systems, where he helped transform the organization into CISCO's Collaboration Software Group, carrying a portfolio of 14 integrated collaboration (UC) technologies. After CISCO, Brogan brought his expertise to ooVoo, a consumer video-chat provider where he developed and implemented their prosumer and enterprise video GTM strategies. The new team drove a 320% increase in committed bookings, while securing strategic wins such as the United States House of Representatives. He also served as the Vice President of Enterprise Sales at HCM provider PeopleMatter, where he built the company's up-market sales team and strategy to drive 56% of the company's annual contract value within the top 5% of addressable market. He is currently the Vice President of Sales, Eastern U.S. for Achievers; the world's leading SaaS-based Employee Success platform. Brogan attended the University of Florida where he majored in Marketing and Finance, while minoring in Economics with a focus on International Trade Economics.
