My job at Accolade allows me to do a variety of things. I focus mainly on onboarding new hires, but also get to work on designing curriculum. My organizational skills are strong and they help me to plan my bold ideas for the Learning and Talent Management Team. Working for a company as mission-driven as Accolade is not only exciting, but also rewarding.  The client testimonials we receive are really touching and remind us on a daily basis why we do what we do.  It inspires us to look at the whole person, educating clients about all of their options and putting the human factor back into navigating the healthcare space.I spend most of my time on the weekends with my family. With two young boys we are almost always at a sporting event each weekend.
